Do you charge by the hour?
We charge by the hour for the selected men at the job. We also charge for travel time but not for boxes and packing supplies as all other movers do.
2 Men = $120 per hour
3 Men = $180 per hour
We also include a 3-hour minimum charge.
Do you offer video consolation?
yes, we offer free zoom estimates. Fill out an estimate form for a selected service. Then one of our experts will send you a zoom meeting ID and passcode with a meeting time suited just for you. Then within twenty-four hours, an estimate sheet will be guaranteed to you.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept cash, personal check, and credit or debit cards. For out-of-state moves or over 100 miles of travel, a half down payment will be needed.
What if I wanted to pack myself?
Packing yourself is a great way to save money on the final bill. First, we can supply boxes and packing material for all your belongings and clothes for free. All you need to pay for is the travel. On average this saves three hundred dollars off the final bill.
What do I do to prepare myself and my home for move day?
Having your home organized can save you BIG money on move day. Having all beds taken apart and mirrors taken off the dressers can be a huge time saver. Next, try to have boxes stacked three or four high this allows us to grab and go. Finally, on moving day make sure you are not distracted. We are here to serve you. We can't do that properly if you are not telling us how you want your move directed.
What happens at an in-person estimate?
On a date scheduled with one of our experts, we will come to your home and make an items list of all selected furnishings. Furthermore, we will check the pickup and drop-off locations to calculate travel time. Before we leave your home, we guarantee you will have a proper free estimate.
I need to change the date of my move. What should I do?
Please call or email us as soon as possible. If this is not addressed urgently, someone might have the date you need to be moved by. Estimates may be subject to change if dates do need to be switched
Can my furnishings be stored?
Yes, we will store your items and furnishing for up to one week's time in one of our trucks. This does require a storage fee.
What Items Can't we move?
Most pool tables can't be moved unless the felt is removed. Weapons, ammunition, medication, and any flammable or explosive material are illegal to move in WI. These are state laws. It is advised that items like jewelry are moved by the customer.
